Delivery and returns

At Wonder Clothes, you benefit from free delivery to a relay point from 50€ of purchase and for Bpost from 100€.

We promise to ship your order within three business days of receiving your payment.

Mondial Relay:

Shipments are made through Relay Points present in Belgium. Packages once handed over to Mondial Relay are delivered within 2 to 6 working days.

An email and/or SMS alerts you of the arrival of the package at a relay point regarding delivery via Mondial Relay.

If the package is not collected within 7 days, the return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is shipped, Wonder Clothes is not responsible for extended delivery times by the carrier.

Wonder Clothes cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay.

If the package is returned to the sender again, it will no longer be returned to the Customer and the amount corresponding to this order, including any additional delivery costs, will remain with Wonder Clothes.

No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's register being taken as proof.

B-Post:

Shipments are made to your home through B-post shipping points.

The package is delivered to your home between 1 and 3 working days.

Wonder Clothes cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay.

Returns:

You have 14 days from receipt of delivery to request a free return from Wonder Clothes. After these 14 days, we will refuse the return.

Please note, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, which also allows us not to encourage overconsumption.

To track your return, go to the “My returns” section and click on the link provided to you “track my return”.

Return conditions:

- The products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn with their original labels.

- The items will be returned at the customer's expense via the delivery and return method, using the label that will be available when your return is generated and accepted by WONDER CLOTHES, regardless of the delivery method chosen.
- Please note that the return address is already pre-encoded on the RETURN label.
- If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the returned product will be considered to be non-compliant with our returns policy and will not be refunded.

How to create the return label:

  • Log in to your customer account
  • Go to the section: “My account” / “My orders”
  • Select the order concerned
  • Check the items you wish to return
  • Indicate the reason for return
  • Click on the “Generate Return” button
  • Print your return slip available in your customer account in the “My returns” section.
  • Stick the label on your package
